Jan Ramp
Lead designer Jan Ramp started out as a landscape architect at Amsterdam City Council. His interest in visual communication led him to explore graphic design, printing, sign making and exhibition design. Jan founded Snapper Graphics in 1994, shortly after emigrating to New Zealand. Lives on Waiheke Island.
Jackie O’Brien
Researcher Jackie O’Brien trained in photography and Museum Studies. Jackie was one of the initiators of Sculpture on the Gulf and has a long track record in art management. As co-owner of Snapper Graphics, Jackie contributes to our strategic thinking and is our main image researcher. Lives on Waiheke Island.

Our core team is extended to suit your project. We work with trusted subcontractors to deliver excellent copywriting, interactive design, photography, video production, bespoke displays and signage solutions.
We will happily work with or in your team. In many cases our clients are our content experts. Using tools you are familiar with - shared online or otherwise - we can handle projects across organisations.
We choose to live and work as sustainably as possible. We also believe that our role as designers is to contribute to the world, not just profit from it. We actively look for this intent in our clients and projects as well.
